• Homebred Racing is only open to individuals aged 18 or over, who have not had any disqualifications imposed upon them by any Turf Authority and who agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Enrolment is subject to availability and is valid for 12 months.

• One off payment covers the relevant percentage costs of breeding, training, racing, veterinary, farriers, transport, entry and jockey fees for a twelve month period and does not represent a capital stake or any form of title in the chosen horse.

• Subscriptions are non transferable, cannot be sold to a third party and are non refundable.

¥ Payment does not include insurance against the injury or death of the horse(s).

• 12 month membership only commences once the selected horse is in training. Should your chosen horse be unable to race (e.g. due to injury) you will be offered the option to transfer your share to another of our horses (subject to availability).

• Homebred Racing reserves the right to suspend individuals who may also be required to surrender their Membership Card which remains the property of Homebred Racing at all times.

• Subscriptions becoming available for any Homebred Racing horse will be first offered to existing members.

• Homebred Racing cannot be held liable for any injury or loss to any individual sustained as a result of attending breeding or training premises or racecourses.

• Homebred Racing will make every effort to arrange free or concessionary racecourse admission where the relevant horse runs but cannot guarantee this as entry arrangements are entirely at the discretion of individual courses.

• Homebred Racing will not accept liability for any loss incurred as a result of cancellation or abandonment of racing, late withdrawal of a horse or a horse being a non-runner.

• All decisions on the training, racing and riding of Homebred horses will be made by the relevant trainers and the principals of Homebred Racing.

• All horses will run in the name of Homebred Racing which will be used in racecards and the press.

• Voting rights, where relevant, will be pro rata to the percentage subscription.

• Prizemonies won during the relevant 12 months will be shared proportionally by individuals with subscriptions of 5% or more in that horse and will be distributed at the end of their membership term in accordance with WeatherbysÕ allocation of prizemonies and exclusive of VAT.
